Secret Visions Jon Lippett

Walking alone on the Somerset Levels on one of the shortest days of the year, all is grey and silent. Suddenly the clouds part and for a few precious seconds, a beam of golden light is crossing the landscape, picking out in sharp relief a craggy gaunt willow tree beyond the rhyne and the track.

The photographs here are for

those who dream of walking the banks of the River Parrett one day

those who are pulling on their boots right now

those who remember the beauty of fleeting moments in the ever-changing

landscape of the English countryside.
